Barbra remembers in Just For The Record: "I was too young to remember 'Since I Fell For You' when it was introduced in 1947, but the song was a big success again when I was starting my career in the early '60s. I thought it would be fun to revive it for my Barbra Joan Streisand album...I loved singing it."

Original gatefold LP included limited edition 2 x 3' poster photograph by Ed Thrasher.

Quadraphonic LP also released (out of print), with alternate versions of tracks 3 (extended), 6 (entirely different take), 8 (some different vocal sections), 9 (w/o sound effects; remixed vocals), and 10 (some different and additional vocal sections).
