Footnotes
- Streisand vocals only on tracks 23 and 24 but not included in film.
- Barbra writes in the liner notes, "As the director of The Prince Of Tides, I felt it wasn't right for Barbra Streisand (or Susan Lowenstein) to sing at the end of the film. But it was such a beautiful melody that we asked Alan and Marilyn Bergman to write a lyric to it so I could include it on this soundtrack recording. If Lowenstein did sing, I think this is what she would say."
- Track 20 and 23 arranged
and conducted by Johnny Mandel; saxophone solo by Kirk Whalum. Barbra chose the song for The Rainbow Room dance scene from Billie Holiday's Lady In Satin CD, which son and film co-star Jason Gould had recently gifted her for a birthday.
