Footnotes
- Streisand vocals on tracks 1 and 12 only.
- Barbra remembers in Just For The Record: "Marilyn and Alan reminded me of something that I had forgotten. Their original lyric for the first verse [of 'The Way We Were'] began with the word 'daydreams...light the corners of my mind' and the last verse began with the word 'memories.' They told me that I suggested we begin the song with 'memories' too. I guess I said that because it seemed like a nice way to tie the beginning and the end together...and, after all, it's what the movie was about."
- Excerpt from first-written, unused, different "The Way We Were" song (aka "The Way We Weren't") appears on Just For The Record...
- This album was released in January 1974 one week before Barbra's same-titled solo album.
- Digitally restored/remastered CD released.
